The spacious family room was beautifully decorated, and the modern en-suite added to the comfort. The breakfast offered a good variety, including fresh fruits and delicious butter, served in a lovely garden setting. Some dining items could be more tailored for children, and the climate control adjustments in the room were less effective. A few amenities felt slightly dated, but the overall ambiance maintained a calm charm. The staff was consistently helpful and friendly.

It was a short walk into Annecy to visit the old town with its markets and restaurants etc. There was off street parking.
Our room was a bit tired. The location of the hotel near the station was a little seedy. Staying in the old town would have had more atmosphere but harder to find parking. The entrance to the car park was extremely narrow.

The room is beautifully decorated and there are pleasant views of the lovely garden. You will find central heating, a work desk and satellite television. It boasts ideal, excellent location near rail station, the town centre and lake, and restaurants and railway and bus.

Absolutley disapointed. The room was unacceptably small, almost like a closet. The shower was a slip hazard, no mat provided, how dangerous! Expected a warm welcome, like maybe a room upgrade or complimentary gift, but nope, just a fan for the heat. Almost thought about a good review, but just couldn't. So sad.

I thought the food was excellent, both at breakfast and the set evening dinner. It's an easy walk into the centre of town. The garden would be nice in the summer, though massively overlooked by apartments.
Its location is extremely nondescript - no useful shops, bars, restaurants etc on the doorstep.

Comfort and calm close to town
The hotel is conveniently located a pleasant 10 to 15-minute walk from the bustling old town. I enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful garden area and appreciated the friendly service from the staff during breakfast. The room was clean, modern, and had plenty of storage space.

Lovely friendly, comfortable hotel. I was greeted warmly by an extremely friendly staff member. The room was large, comfortable and extremely clean. A 5-10 minute walk from the old town and Lake Annecy. I had dinner there on one of my nights and t was extremely tasty and well cooked at a reasonable price. The garden was a lovely relaxing place to sit and read. This hotel is excellent value.
The breakfast was quite meter so you may prefer to wander into town for coffee and creeps for the same price! Couldn't make the wifi work. I tried on 3 devices with no success but was told there were no issues.

Surprisingly quiet and decent location just a pleasant stroll away from a fortified house. Good restaurant relatively near the hotel;)))
