The hotel was recently renovated and well-appointed. the location was perfect and surprisingly quiet, close to the main Annecy attractions. - It was relatively near a restored castle. - the venue met every demand during a very pleasant stay.

It was a short walk into Annecy to visit the old town with its markets and restaurants etc. There was off street parking.
Our room was a bit tired. The location of the hotel near the station was a little seedy. Staying in the old town would have had more atmosphere but harder to find parking. The entrance to the car park was extremely narrow.

The room is beautifully decorated and there are pleasant views of the lovely garden. You will find central heating, a work desk and satellite television. It boasts ideal, excellent location near rail station, the town centre and lake, and restaurants and railway and bus.

I thought the food was excellent, both at breakfast and the set evening dinner. It's an easy walk into the centre of town. The garden would be nice in the summer, though massively overlooked by apartments.
Its location is extremely nondescript - no useful shops, bars, restaurants etc on the doorstep.
